Our position
GameDay PPH provides sportsbook management software, odds, platform access, customer service, and support tools for independent agents. We are a software provider and do not accept wagers directly from the public, hold player funds, or pay players. Even so, we care that the operators who use our software treat players fairly and encourage responsible play.
Tools for operators
The platform gives agents controls to set player limits and manage risk. We encourage operators to use these tools to set sensible limits and to pay attention to players who may be showing signs of trouble. We also encourage operators to honor a player's request to take a break, set their own limits, or stop playing, and to act on signs of problem play rather than ignore them.
Signs of a problem
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or escape stress. Warning signs include betting more than you can afford to lose, chasing losses, borrowing to bet, or letting betting affect work, relationships, or sleep.
Getting help
If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, confidential help is available. In the United States, you can call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET, which is available 24/7/365. You can also visit NCPG's helpline page for chat and state-by-state resources. This is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or 988. Outside the United States, contact a local problem gambling support service.
Age
Betting is for adults of legal age only. Operators are responsible for ensuring their players meet the legal age and other requirements that apply where they operate.
