$100/week minimum on small accounts (about the first 11 active players on Basic). No setup fees, no contracts, no cancellation fees. Billed per active player, per week.

How billing works

You are billed per active player, per week. An active player is someone who actually used the book that week. If a player sits out, you do not pay for them, so your bill tracks real activity instead of a flat headcount you are stuck with.

There is no setup fee, no contract, and no cancellation fee. You can leave whenever you want. The only floor is the $100 weekly minimum, which keeps very small books simple to run and only matters until you are past roughly 11 active players on Basic.

Why there is no casino cut

Most agents make a real share of their money from the casino. Plenty of providers quote a low per-head rate and then quietly take a percentage of casino on top. We do not. Casino is included in both Basic and Pro, and GameDay keeps zero percent of it. What your players lose in the casino is yours.

That is also why the calculator above asks for an optional casino number. If you tell it what your players win in the casino each week, it shows what a 10% cut would cost you somewhere else. With GameDay that line is always zero.

Paying in crypto

You settle your weekly platform fee with GameDay, and you can pay in crypto if you want fast settlement with no chargebacks. To be clear, that is how you pay us. GameDay is a software provider. It does not hold player money, take bets, or pay players.

Pricing questions

How much does GameDay pay-per-head software cost?

Two flat plans: Basic is $9 per active player per week, Pro is $13. A $100 weekly minimum applies on small accounts. No setup fee, no contract, no cancellation fee.

What counts as an active player?

A player with activity during the week. If a player does nothing that week, you are not charged for them. You only pay for players who actually use the book.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No. There is no setup fee, no contract, and no cancellation fee. Billing is week to week based on your active players.

What is the $100 weekly minimum?

On small accounts, the weekly fee will not drop below $100. On Basic that is roughly the first 11 active players. Above that, you pay the per-player rate.

Do you take a cut of casino?

No. Casino is included in both plans and GameDay takes zero percent of it. Every dollar your players lose in the casino stays with you.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Pro adds live betting, the Prop Builder, and a dedicated account manager. Both plans include the sportsbook, digital casino, horse racing, player management, reports, and bilingual support.

How do I pay my weekly fee?

You settle your weekly platform fee with GameDay, and you can pay in crypto for fast settlement with no chargebacks. This is how the agent pays GameDay; it is not how players are paid.

Can I move over from another provider?

Yes. Migration is free and most agents are live in about 48 hours. You can start on the one-month free trial with no card.
