Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Draft pending legal review. This policy is provided as an operational draft for the GameDay PPH website and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
1. Scope
This policy describes how GameDay PPH ("GameDay," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through the gamedaypph.com marketing website, including its free-trial and contact forms. It does not cover the separate pay-per-head software platform that agents license, player accounts, or wagers. Platform data is handled under the written platform terms, privacy terms, or data-processing terms agreed directly with the agent. GameDay provides software, odds data, customer service, and support to independent sports-betting agents; it does not accept wagers from the public, hold player funds, or pay players.
2. Information collected
When you submit the free-trial or contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, an estimated player count, your preferred language (English or Spanish), and the checkbox confirmation that you consent to being contacted. We do not collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or player account data through this website.
We also collect standard server-side technical data automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you visited, through our hosting infrastructure and server logs.
When you accept analytics cookies (see Section 4), we collect site-usage data through Google Analytics, including pages viewed, session duration, browser type, and device type.
3. How we use your information
We use the form data solely to respond to your inquiry about GameDay's software, to help you set up or migrate your account, and to follow up about the GameDay service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect usage data. Analytics cookies do not load until you accept them through the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set during that visit. You can change your preference at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. You may also control cookies through your browser settings or through Google's opt-out tools at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. How your data is processed and stored
When you submit a form, your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to a serverless function. Form submissions are saved in our Supabase lead table. We may also send an internal email notification about the submission through the email provider configured for the site. Operational logs are used for delivery status, troubleshooting, and security, and should not be treated as the primary lead record.
Vercel, Supabase, our configured email provider, and Google act as data processors or service providers on our behalf. These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
6. Retention
Form submission emails and server-side logs are retained for up to two years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. We may retain information longer if required by applicable law.
7. Children
This website and the software it describes are intended solely for adults operating lawful sports-betting businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the applicable legal age. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through a form by contacting us using the information in Section 9. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, such as the right to data portability or the right to object to certain processing. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with an updated date. If you have questions about this policy or wish to exercise your data rights, contact us by phone at 1-800-414-3611 or by email at support@gamedaypph.com.
